With 20+ years of international experience in shipping, logistics, and engineering industries, Sophie is a highly skilled HR professional with a proven track record of driving organizational success.

Sophie holds a Master of Laws degree and a Leading for Impact certificate from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, she's an RSCI Certified Coach and recently obtained a Diploma (97.2%) in the Psychological, Biological and Social Aspects of Happiness at Stanford University.
